Open app.hacktify.com and select Sign up in the top-right corner or the link to create an account below the login form. For login and password help, see Account, login and password.
Completing your profile #
On the My profile page, you can see your name, username, rank, points and personal details (name, email address and place of residence). You can edit these under Settings → Edit profile.
Identity verification #
Verification is only required when you are due a payout for an accepted report.
- You do not need it to use the platform.
- It does not affect the leaderboard or your ability to submit reports.
- If you earn a payout, you must complete verification before it can be paid.
To start:
- Open Settings → ID verification.
- Select the button to start verification. You will be redirected to Stripe to complete the process.
- Follow the process in the Verification status panel:
- Verification started: you have started the process.
- Verification in progress: wait for the result. We will email you when it is complete or if something goes wrong.
- Verification complete: verification was successful and you can request a payout.
What happens to your data? #
Our partner, Stripe, carries out the verification. We do not collect or store your personal data during the verification process. For details, see the Privacy notice.
