ClickUp contractually prohibits its AI providers from training models on the data.
“Zero data retention”: the provider doesn’t store the data after processing.

Since 2 August 2026, Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 has required AI-generated images, videos and audio that look real to be labelled. We go further: we label all AI-generated visual content, including our humorous illustrations.

Where technically possible, we also record the AI origin in the file’s metadata, and we don’t strip it on export.
Texts (articles, proposals, reports) where AI helped, but our expert reviewed and approved them, and Hacktify takes editorial responsibility for them.
